The Italia Ken

I like the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness, and the elegance of the beds and the wood and leather touches. The beds and sheets and pillows also felt clean and comfortable. The complementary amenities were also good. The staff assistance was great. I forgot my key on the door and fell asleep. It was at the reception when I checked out. They also allowed me to leave my luggage after I checked out at 11am. I explored the city until the time I had to leave, which was about 10PM.
